The Chinese version of "An Olympic Life", the autobiography by
International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Kevan Gosper, was
published in Beijing on Friday.
Gosper, 73, chairs the IOC's Press Commission and is also vice
president of the IOC's Coordination Commission for the 2008 Olympic
Games.
A former track and field athlete, Gosper represented Australia
at two Olympic Games and won the silver medal of the men's 4x400
meters relay at the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne.
The book tells the story how Gosper grew into a sports leader
from an athlete, China's IOC member He Zhenliang wrote in the
preface.
