Shandong Luneng beat Shenyang Ginde 3-1 in Jinan and open up a four-point lead at the top of the CSL table as Shanghai United fell to their first defeat of the season at Dalian Shide.

Luneng came back from behind as Li Jinyu, Ri Ke Fu and Lv Zheng gave second-half replies to Chen Tao's 20th-minute opener for visitors Ginde.

Wang Sheng scored in the 12th minute as reigning champions Dalian edged Shanghai United 1-0 and move third ahead of Beijing Guo'an and Tianjin Teda, who played out a 1-1 draw at the Workers' Stadium.

Honduran striker Luis Alfredo Ramirez scored either side of a Xiao Zhanbo goal to give Shanghai Shenhua a 3-1 home victory over Wuhan Guanggu 3-1 which lifts last year's runners-up into joint-fourth place.

Changchun Yatai's impressive start to the season continued with Gao Jian, Gao Ming and Elvis Scott scoring in a 3-0 home win against the other newly promoted side Xiamen Lanshi.

Cameroonian forward Daniel scored his first CSL goal for Shenzhen Kingway to give the 2004 champions a 1-0 away win at Chongqing.

Liaoning FC and Qingdao Zhongneng remain in the bottom three after a goalless draw in Fushun.
