China's Liu Song failed to enter the last 16 round after losing
to Mark Boyle of Scotland at the IBSF World Snooker
Championship.
Liu was beaten 5-4 by Boyle in a marathon match that lasted four
hours.
Liu and Boyle exchanged leads and tied 4-all after eight
frames.
Liu, however, failed to grasp a last chance and lost the
decisive frame with a 40 deficit.
Twenty-two year old Liu Song triumphed in the Event Six at
Pontin's last week.
