Drugs burned in Dominican Republic

Members of the National Drug Control (DNCD, for it's acronym in Spanish) of the Dominican Republic participate in a drug burning at the Pedro Brand municipality, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on Dec. 20, 2012. According to the DNCD, 3,240 kg of pure cocaine, 325 kg and 766 marijuana plants, 15 kg of heroin and 4 kg of crack were burned on Thursday. The drugs were seized in the past five months in Santo Domingo.
