Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper gives a speech on board Her Majesty's Canadian Ship (HMCS) St. John's, a Halifax Class frigate during Operation Nanook at the Hudson Bay near Churchill, Manitoba, Aug. 24, 2012. The sixth annual operation involving 1,250 Canadian Forces personnel was aimed to enhance Canada's capability to defend its northern territories including a vast part of Arctic region. [Xinhua]
