2 dead, 9 injured in NYC shooting

Police cordon off the shooting scene near the Empire State Building in New York, the United States, Aug. 24, 2012. Authorities in New York City say two people died and nine others injured in a shooting early on Friday outside the Empire State Building in midtown Manhattan and the dead included the gunman who was killed by police.
