Pupils have milk in Koujiayuan Township of Wubao County in Yulin, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, Aug. 23, 2012. The government of Shaanxi has implemented "egg and milk project" since 2009, enabling rural children covered by compulsory education to have a bag of milk and an egg every day.
