| Under the draft, women will be eligible to postpone their retirement; women who suffer from domestic violence will be able to apply for temporary shelter; and job advertisements will be prohibited from specifying gender. |
根据《草案》，妇女将有权推迟退休年龄，遭遇家暴的妇女能够申请临时庇护，招聘信息将不能限制应聘者的性别。 |

In addition, the draft will also improve men's rights, such as giving five days' paternity leave each year to fathers whose children are under three.
