Peiyan urged China's booming
Guangdong Province to develop recycle economy, save energy and
make good use of resources so as to progress in a sustainable
manner.
Zeng made an inspection tour of the province February 5 to
February 8.

opening up, can still take a lead in implementation of "Concept of
scientific development."
Accompanied by local officials, Zeng visited factories, ports
and city infrastructure in Guangdong. He said Guangdong boasts a
large population but comparatively less land. It is also faced with
resources and power shortage.
