Ingredients:
150 grams (1/3 lb.) water shields (a type of water-lily)
100 grams (2/9 lb.)shredded meat
3 grams (1/2 tsp.) salt
2 grams (1/2 tsp.) MSG
5 grams (1 tsp.) preheated salad oil
Directions:
Put 500 grams (2 cups) of water in a pot and heat to its boiling
point, quick boil the water shields, drain off the water and put
the ingredients in a soup bowl. Put 750 grams (1.5 cups) clear
water in the pot and bring this to a boil. Put in the shredded
meat,a nd when the esoup boils again, skim off hte foam, add salt
and MSG. Put the soup in the bowl withwater shields in it. Sprinkle
on theoil and serve.
Features:Very clear.
Taste:The water shields are tender and the soup is
tasty.
