US Working Hard to Bridge Remaining Differences
Adjust font size:

"We do everything we can to bridge the remaining differences, and try to find a solution to this," US chief negotiator Christopher Hill said yesterday evening.

Hill made the remarks after attending the chief negotiators' meeting of the fourth round of six-party talks held last night.

He said all parties have been working together in the past couple of weeks and "we are very much getting to the end."

It's a tough process, Hill said, stressing the Chinese side has worked hard to "get all parties together to push the process forward."

"I will say today is a useful day. We look forward to doing it again tomorrow," he said.

The talks are getting to the end, Japanese delegation head Kenichiro Sasae said, adding that Japan will maximize its efforts to complete the work.
