More World Leaders Express Sympathy to Chinese Leaders Over SARS Epidemic
The leaders of Armenia, Libya and Afghanistan have recently expressed sympathy to Chinese leaders over the losses caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS),the Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.

In a letter to Chinese President Hu Jintao, Armenian President Robert Kocharyan expressed his deep sympathy over the human and material losses caused by SARS.

The secretary general of the General People's Committee of Libya, Mubarak Al-Shamekh, in his message to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, said Libya has been following closely China's efforts to fight SARS and that his country is willing to do all it could to help.

In a letter to Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong, Afghan Vice President Namatullah Sharani also offered his deep sympathy to the Chinese people.
