A member of the Ukrainian lightweight sculls rowing team had tested positive and the team's bronze medal was stripped, an IOC official said on Thursday morning.

Olena Olefirenko, who helped Ukraine finish third on Sunday, tested positive for a banned substance. The race was won by Germany with Britain finishing second.
