Macao recorded 392,093 package tourist arrivals in February, seeing a year-on-year rise of 60.3 percent, according to official statistics issued here on Thursday.

 

The figures from the government-run Statistics and Census Service (SCS) showed that above 75 percent of the package visitors came in the month from the Chinese mainland.

 

The SCS statistics also showed that the number of Macao's hotel rooms reached 13,063 at the end of February, up 18.3 percent over the same month of 2006.
