Vice Premier Leaves Beijing for N. Korea

A Chinese good-will delegation, led by Vice Premier Hui Liangyu, left Beijing on Monday morning for a six-day visit to North Korea.

 

Hui, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, will also attend activities marking the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance Between China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Hui's visit is at the invitation of the North Korean government.
