Huangling Temple

Located on a piece of flat land on the southern bank of the Yellow Ox Gorge within the Xiling Gorge, Huangling Temple, formerly known as Yellow Ox Temple, is said to have been built during the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC) and is the oldest and largest ancient building in the Three Gorges region.
