Local artist Aaron Kwok unveiled Monday his wax likeness at the newly revamped Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.
Typical to his dazzling style, Aaron's figure strikes a flamboyant pose in a loose black jacket adorned with bursts of colorful flowers which was worn onstage during his Mega Hits Live Concert 2004.
Aaron's figure joined Hollywood stars including Hugh Grant, Brad Pitt, Michelle Yeoh and Elizabeth Taylor at the Hong Kong Glamor hall.
Aaron has got outstanding achievements on the stage and screen he is also an active participant in various charity programs. He set up his own foundation in 2000 as is a regular contributor to charities.
Last year, Aaron was awarded the Best Actor at the Taiwan Golden Horse Award and was recognized as one of the "Ten Outstanding Young Persons" of Hong Kong in 2003.
As part of the exciting Peak Tower Renovation, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong has reopened after a 20 million HK dollars (about US$2.58 million) expansion project, building a brand new entrance area on level three of the Peak Tower and adding a further 700 square meter of exhibition space.
The new look attraction features over 100 local and international celebrity wax figures with exciting audio-visual effects and interactive experiences to create truly magic moments for guests.
As the first permanent Madame Tussauds in Asia and one of five Madame Tussauds that are located in London, New York, Las Vegas and Amsterdam.
