The First Session of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, was a "great success," said Jia Qinglin, the newly-elected chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, in Beijing Friday.
Jia is delivering a speech at the closing meeting of the CPPCC session in the Great Hall of the People.
