What happens at a plenary session of the NPC?

Reports on the work of the NPC Standing Committee, the State Council, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate are received and considered. The NPC considers and votes on the various proposals and bills on the agenda. Any matters concerning the election and dismissal of leading state officials and other important issues of state will also be resolved.
