Veteran Hong Kong actor Andy Lau has shaved off his hair for his new film Ci Ma.　　

The shooting location for the film is in the mountain valleys of Beijing, where temperatures reach 7 to 8 degrees below zero.

Andy says there are often strong gusts of wind, making his nose run continuously and his hands and feet frozen and painful.

Shaving off his hair only made matters worse, but the actor says before he left Hong Kong, fans sent lots of warm clothing and food and he feels warm at heart. 　　

Andy Lau also reminded his Beijing fans not to visit him on set because he was worried about their health due to the freezing and harsh conditions.
