Chinese Ambassador to Cameroon Huang Changqing has handed over to the Cameroonian authorities a modern newly-built school in Mvomeka'a village, the birth place of the country's head of state Paul Biya, according to reports.
The handing over ceremony Thursday was witnessed by the Cameroonian Basic Education Minister Haman Adama, who noted the construction project of the school falls under the cooperation agreement signed between China and Cameroon last September aimed at supporting the education sector in the country.
The Chinese ambassador also announced the forthcoming construction of two more modern schools in Cameroon.
The donation of this learning institution further demonstrates the growing fruitful cooperation ties uniting China and Cameroon for the last thirty-six years.
