Governor of Hunan Province

Zhou Bohua was born in July 1948. He was elected governor of central China's Hunan Province at the second full meeting of the 10th Hunan Provincial People's Congress on January 15, 2004.

Zhou, a postgraduate of the Central Party School, has served as deputy secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and acting governor of Hunan.
