Wednesday's major agenda for the Fifth sessions of the Ninth National People's Congress (NPC) and the Ninth National Conference of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are as follows:
NPC:
-- The Presidium of the Fifth NPC Session to hold its third meeting in the morning;
-- The Jiangxi delegation to meet the press in the afternoon;
- Group discussions.
CPPCC:
-- The Fifth Session of the CPPCC National Committee to hold the closing meeting in the afternoon; and
-- Chairman Li Ruihuan to make a report at the closing meeting.
