The Major agenda of March 3, 2002 for the fifth sessions of the Ninth National People's Congress (NPC) and the Ninth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are as follows:
-- The opening of the session in the afternoon;
-- To hear a report on the work of the CPPCC National Committee by CPPCC National Committee Vice-chairman Ye Xuanping;
-- To hear a report on the work on proposals raised by members of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee by CPPCC National Committee Vice-chairman Wan Guoquan.
