Preparations for the upcoming Fifth Session of the Ninth Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee have been going on well in the past months.
At least eight meetings for preparatory work have been held so far for the session which is scheduled to open in the afternoon of March 3rd.
The secretariat of the current session has set up 12 working teams which take charge of document drafting, information briefing, compilation of proposals, media, liaison and translation of ethnic languages, among others.
In the meantime, preparations for accommodation, medical care, commuting and meeting halls during the session have been done well.
