Geographical Location

It is also the largest freight station in Northwestern China, one of the important commercial container transportation centers on the new continental bridge connecting Asia and Europe.

Mineral Resources
Lanzhou and its adjacent area hold in store abundant mineral resources mainly including 35 mineral types within 9 categories, such as black metals, valuable metals, rare earth, energy mines, and so on.
