Russia, China Agree to Establish Confucius Institute

Liu Guchang (R Sitting), Chinese ambassador to Russia, and the president of Russian State University for Humanities sign an agreement on the establishment of Confucius Institute in Moscow, capital of Russia, December 27, 2006.
