The recommended dishes are Hangjiao Zhugan (tender liver fried with spicy pepper slices) and Shaguo Guiyuhuang (lake crabs, shrimps, hams and wild funguses stewed in a terrine pot). At Diao Tai diners can also find some nice Shanghai and Hangzhou dishes.
