After receiving the adoption materials of the foreign adopter, the CCAA shall accept and register the application, provided that all the materials for adoption are complete and the service fees are paid. It shall inform in writing within 30 days, the foreign government or adoption organization which have forwarded the adoption materials of the acceptance of the application.
