2. Official status about personal dog-raising situation as submitted by the embassy.
3. The certificate provided by local real estate or security department of one's place of residence, approving a dog in the domicile. Additional certificates are needed if the place of residence has changed since the permit was issued.
4. The valid quarantine certificate of Beijing Animal Hospital for the dog concerned (Tel. 64970591).
