2 Mln Strands of Noodle from 1kg of Flour
Adjust font size:  ZoomIn ZoomOut

Li Enhai, who has made the Guinness World Records four separate times, displays his superb skill stretching out dough by hand in Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia in northern China.

With just 1 kilogram of flour he can pull out 2 million strands of noodle with a combined length of 2,650 kilometers. The noodles are so thin that 39 threads together can pass through the eye of a needle. Li, who won the title of "Prince of Hand-pulled Noodles" at the 3rd National Cookery Competition, says he is looking for an apprentice from Inner Mongolia to pass his skills on to.
