Adjust font size:

Smoke from a fire billows from the 22nd floor of China Central Place under construction in Beijing April 10. China Central Place, projected to be a landmark after its competition at the end of 2007 at the capital's east Chang'an Street, saw fire at least three times before, Jinghua Times reported. The fire broke out when the welder ignited accidentally the construction materials.
