Workers were dragging a "retired" submarine in Lvshun, Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, on March 21. It is said a special submarine museum, the first of its kind in China to introduce and show submarine culture and history, will be established in Lvshun, and this retired one, as an important part of the museum, will be displayed then.
