Typhoon Utor has moved into the South China Sea after ravaging the Philippines, and its strong winds are threatening seamen.
According to the Chinese Central Meteorological Station, Typhoon Utor is now moving northwestward at 15 kilometers per hour.
The meteorological office forecast high winds in the Taiwan Strait over the next 24 hours.
According to the Philippine authorities, Typhoon Utor moved away from the Philippines on Tuesday toward southern China, leaving five dead and 15 missing in its wake.
