Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Toshihiro Nikai will visit China from Feb. 21 to 23, the Ministry of Commerce said on Monday.
During his stay in Beijing, Toshihiro Nikai will exchange views with Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai on economic and trade issues of common concern.
