The Opening Meeting of the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress will begin at 9:00 AM on 5 March (Sunday).

The meeting will hear the government work report delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council, examining the draft guidelines of the 11th five-year plan as well as annual plan and budget report.

Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Gate. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No. 3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor of the Great Hall while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
