The Second Session of the 10th National People's Congress opened in the Great Hall of the People at 9 am Friday, and Premier Wen Jiabao will deliver a government work report to an audience of 2,904 deputies from across China.

During the 10-day session, deputies will also deliberate and vote the draft amendments to the country's Constitution.
