付文韬，“80后”党代表，国家海洋局北海分局“蛟龙号”潜航员。2012年7月，“蛟龙”号在太平洋马里亚纳海沟创造7000米深潜奇迹，国人无不为之自豪，也认识了这名来自湖南农村的帅小伙儿——“蛟龙”号载人潜水器3名主驾驶之一。从一名普通的大学毕业生，成长为驾驭世界最先进载人潜水器的潜航员，付文韬用了短短6年时间。19岁就已入党的他，一直用一名“老党员”的标准要求自己。付文韬说，开好十八大，履行好职责，对于我们年轻的党代表来说，是非常重要的政治任务。这是11月8日晚，付文韬回驻地准备第二天的发言稿。[新华社]
