A road accident in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province
Friday afternoon killed six people including two from the Republic
of Korea, sources with the provincial foreign affairs office said
Saturday.
The officials of the Republic of Korean have arrived
in Harbin, the provincial capital, to deal with the aftermath of
the accident.
The accident happened about 2:30 p.m. Friday in a road section
of Fangzheng County in the province, where a Zhonghua brand car
enroute from Harbin to Yilan collided head-on with another car.
A passenger bus following the Zhonghua car bumped into the rear
of the car, and both vehicles caught fire.
Six passengers have been confirmed dead and another one injured
in the accident.
