People wanting to be civil servants in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be tested on the relationship between the environment and the rejuvenation of the Chinese people.
The test will be based on a report that was released by Pan Yue, vice-minister of the State Environmental Protection Administration, in October.
The report discusses the links between the environment and economic development, national security, politics and national spirit.
Since it was published, a number of experts and scholars have written articles discussing the environment and the rejuvenation of the Chinese people.
